Invoicing Clerk - GeorgeNational company in George is on a recruitment drive for an invoicing clerk to join their financial department. Duties and Responsibilities include: -Ensure that the load plan is downloaded at the beginning of each shiftReview all orders in detailEnsure thorough knowledge of all "hold" instructions and be aware when that instruction changes as updated by the accounts departmentsWhere required, check prices for accuracy and uploaded pricing list under instruction of debtors' controller / accounts department (Syspro)On receipt of pick slip, compare to order: focusing on pricing and compliance (signatures correct and adequate - scan and save as per department proceduresVerify all information on despatch note on Syspro; compare to pick slip and refer to administrative clerks of warehousing department if necessaryPrint invoices as requiredMaintain an effective filing system for all documentation required in the Debtors processEnsure correct bundle of documentation is printed, and ready to be sent for filingDownload report of all processed invoices and file accordinglyOn request, prepare information as required for credit notes receivedShow team-player behaviour

Qualifications and Experience:

• Grade 12 with accounting or NQF 4 certificate
• Computer literate - MS Office Suite - Syspro advantageous
• 2 years' experience in an administrative and accounting environment
• Exposure to warehouse management would be advantageous
