How you'll role

The Operations Manager will oversee the seamless management of operations across multiple sites, primarily focusing on Johannesburg and Cape Town. This includes strategizing to enhance operational efficiency, implementing key performance metrics, managing resources, and aligning operations with sales strategies to fulfill works orders effectively. The role demands a strong leader capable of driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

What you'll do

• Manage capacity loading requirements and execute works orders on time

• Implement and monitor key performance metrics to enhance resource efficiency

• Develop and enforce a Total Quality Management culture with customer-centric approaches

• Handle HR/IR requirements and ensure compliance with legal standards

• Oversee risk management, asset management, and disaster recovery plans

• Align operations with sales strategies to ensure resource availability

• Report performance metrics and customer service metrics to the executive committee
