Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships
• Acquire new clients and expand the market base
• Build strong and sustainable customer relationships
• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients
• Reach sales targets and objectives
• Handle general administration related to sales
• Visit clients and actively source new business
• Regularly follow up with existing and potential clients

Job Requirements:

• Matric certificate
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the flexi plastic industry (packaging, etc.)
• Good knowledge of relevant products
• Strong personality and self-confidence
• Must be emotionally resilient – cannot take things personally
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take sales initiative

Hoof Verantwoordelikhede:

• Onderhou en versterk bestaande kliënteverhoudings
• Verkry nuwe kliënte en brei die markbasis uit
• Bou sterk en volhoubare kliënteverhoudings
• Voorbereiding van kwotasies en opvolg met kliënte
• Bereik verkoopsdoelwitte en teikens
• Algemene administrasie rakende verkope
• Gaan uit na kliënte en werf aktief nuwe kliënte
• Gereelde opvolg met bestaande en potensiële kliënte

Posvereistes:

• Matrieksertifikaat
• Geldige bestuurslisensie en eie vervoer
• Minimum 3 jaar ondervinding in die flexi plastiekbedryf (verpakking, ens.)
• Goeie kennis van relevante produkte
• Sterk persoonlikheid en selfvertroue
• Moet emosioneel veerkragtig wees – kan nie alles persoonlik opneem nie
• Uitstekende interpersoonlike en kommunikasievaardighede
• Vermoë om onafhanklik te werk en verkoopsinisiatief te neem
