Matric (Grade 12) plus a relevant diploma/degree (advantageous).
3–5 years proven sales experience.
Experience in property sales, rentals, commercial property, or development is a strong advantage.
Professional, dynamic, dedicated, hardworking, and well-spoken.
Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence.

Ability to sustain your basic salary for the first 3–6 months while building your sales pipeline.

Attend networking functions thrughout the year and not scared to put the extra hours in forsecuring the business.

Cold calling of over 100 calls a week and turning around 15 interests

Cellphone, fuel, marketing and vehicle costs are for the agent’s own account.
Desk fees and marketing charges (if applicable) will be discussed during the interview.

If you bring an existing book/portfolio, desk and marketing costs are fully covered in your package.
Additional earning structures and commission breakdowns will be discussed during interviews.
