Employer: M3 Human Capital Management
The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge and experience with payroll systems, excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to): *Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures *Managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding *Handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions *Coordinating training and development programs *Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring legal compliance *Overseeing payroll processing, including wages, deductions, bonuses, and overtime *Processing year-end tax documents and resolving payroll inquiries *Collaborating with senior management on strategic HR initiatives *Analysing HR metrics and managing HR budgets and forecasts *Leading continuous improvement in HR and payroll processes *All other tasks related to the role.
Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field;
• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in HR & Payroll management;
• Previous experience in a construction / manufacturing environment will be highly beneficial;
• Strong proficiency in payroll systems and reporting tools;
• Valid driver’s license.
