As a Growth Administrator, youβll be the operational backbone of the Growth team, ensuring smooth processes, accurate data, and efficient execution. Your work enables our Growth Executives and Partners to focus on what matters most: expanding our merchant network and enabling financial inclusion through technology-driven solutions.
β Key Responsibilities
π Growth Process Administration β Prepare onboarding packs, track deals, and maintain version control.
π₯οΈ CRM & Pipeline Management β Update Dynamics/Salesforce daily, generate reports, and keep data clean.
π Marketing Lead Management β Capture and track inbound leads, monitor conversions, and liaise with Marketing.
π Reporting & Data Consolidation β Compile dashboards, track KPIs, and highlight trends.
π
Coordination & Scheduling β Organize meetings, merchant sessions, and activation timelines.
βοΈ Compliance & Record Keeping β Ensure documentation meets standards and maintain confidentiality.

π Qualifications & Experience
βοΈ Minimum 3β5 yearsβ administrative or coordination experience within sales, merchant services, or financial environments.
βοΈ Experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics or Salesforce.
βοΈ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
βοΈ Understanding of merchant onboarding or activation processes preferred.
βοΈ Matric required; tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Commerce, or Marketing advantageous.
