We’re looking for a cross-skilled Business & Data Analyst to join our growing team. This is not a Data Scientist role — it’s an on-site position suited to someone who enjoys both business analysis and data analytics/BI development, and who can translate business needs into real, workable solutions.

Responsibilities Include:

Business Analysis

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, run workshops, and document Business Requirement Specifications

• Translate needs into practical, feasible solutions — including software and non-software options

• Prepare solution design documents and participate in User Acceptance Testing

• Project manage solution delivery from engagement through to post-implementation support

Data & BI Analysis

• Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity

• Conduct analysis using SQL, Excel, and other analytical tools to uncover insights that drive decision-making

• Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards (preferred BI tool)

• Produce clear, compelling visualisations, reports, and summaries for business stakeholders

• Identify data quality issues, troubleshoot system or data challenges, and maintain high data standards.
