How you'll role

The Factory Manager will be pivotal in overseeing production operations and driving efficiency on the factory floor. Situated in Durban, this role requires a hands-on leader to devise and refine production processes, optimize efficiencies, and maintain quality control in a fast-paced FMCG environment. The manager will work closely with teams across research, marketing, and production to ensure seamless operations. They will manage process trials, scale production, and resolve operational challenges to meet performance and product objectives.
