Talent Sourcing
- Posting job advertisements across various platforms and job boards.
- Developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Proactively building and maintaining a pipeline of suitable candidates to meet ongoing recruitment needs.
Screening and Interviewing
- Reviewing CVs and applications to identify and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conducting initial telephonic screenings to assess communication skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Scheduling and conducting in-person interviews.
- Administering pre-employment assessments and any role-specific evaluations as needed.
Hiring and Onboarding
- Extending job offers and negotiating employment terms where required.
- Conducting background checks and reference verifications as per operationa needs.
- Assisting with completion of onboarding documentation and ensuring compliance with hiring policies.
- Coordinating training intake, ensuring 10–20 new hires per session are scheduled and confirmed twice monthly.
Candidate Requirements
- 1-2 years relevant Bulk Recruitment Experience preferably withing a call center environment
- Must be result driven
- Excellent attention to detail
- A Diploma or Degree is advantageous
