Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and focus on selling used vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, be customer-oriented, and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, negotiating deals, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Actively prospect and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities for used vehicle sales.
2. Provide product information and conduct vehicle demonstrations to potential customers.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to drive sales and meet targets.
4. Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements with customers to close deals.
5. Coordinate with the finance department to facilitate loan approvals and other necessary paperwork for vehicle purchases.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues throughout the sales process.
7. Keep up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
8. Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and meet sales targets.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in the used vehicle market.
2. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
3. Ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
6. Knowledge of automotive financing options and procedures.
7. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Education and Experience:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field.
3. Proficiency with sales software and CRM systems.
