Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team and drive the sales of new vehicles. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive sales and a track record of exceeding sales targets. The Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting for new customers, presenting vehicle options, negotiating sales contracts, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new customers by cold calling, networking, and attending events
- Build relationships with potential customers and identify their needs and preferences
- Present vehicle options to customers and provide detailed information on features and options
- Negotiate sales contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Stay informed of industry trends, upcoming new vehicle models, and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to strategize and implement sales initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
