- Apply sound understanding of financial principles regarding commissions, turnover reporting, and operational expenses.
- Provide regular reporting and feedback to senior management.
- Support the streamlining of internal leasing processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
- Promote the organisation’s brand and presence in the market.
- Advise management on strategic opportunities and improvements to enhance business relationships.

Regional Leasing Manager – Rosebank, Gauteng

About the Company
Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing Property Group, is seeking a highly driven Regional Leasing Manager to join their Gauteng team. This is a field-focused role suited to an energetic self-starter who excels at relationship-building, thrives on closing deals, and is passionate about the commercial property sector.
The role will be based at the Rosebank offices, with regular travel across Gauteng (Johannesburg & Pretoria) and occasional travel to outlying areas such as Secunda and Nelspruit.
Job Purpose
The Regional Leasing Manager will be responsible for driving new leasing revenue, reducing vacancies across the allocated portfolio, and ensuring optimal occupancy levels. This role requires strong networking and relationship-building capabilities with property brokers, tenants, and tenant representatives.
The position includes full involvement in the leasing cycle—sourcing leads, negotiating deals, drafting and reviewing documentation, overseeing tenant onboarding, and ensuring all administrative processes are completed accurately. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Candidate Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Property-related qualification advantageous
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial property leasing or property management role
- Strong knowledge of the commercial property industry and leasing principles
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and property management systems such as MDA
- Solid understanding of financial concepts relating to leases and commissions
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and administrative accuracy
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
- Willingness to travel daily and work in the field most of the time
