Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements for Prospective Candidates

Minimum 5 years working experience in tele-sales – FMCG preferred
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (MS Office/ WooCommerce and Umbrella Software)
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospective new clients, both face to face and over the phone.
Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle high-pressure situations
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
A minimum level of education – Matric and Tertiary education BSc/BA will be a plus
