We are looking for an executive assistant who would be able to carry out the job spec below;

• Provision of legal advice and assistance to existing client’s.
• Collecting, analyzing and evaluating financial and operational information with respect to investment and development opportunities.
• Research relevant trends and translate them into actionable outputs for existing or future projects.
• Support bids for development or operational mandates by producing analysis.
• Preparing acquisition memos for internal and external purposes.
• Assisting with due diligence on investment opportunities.
• Support all aspects of deal execution – from transaction approval to final lease documentation.
• Providing monthly loan statements
• Producing reports – property, investment memos and Sector reports
• Producing investor packs
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
