The Role
The Brand & Events Assistant will support the company’s branding, events, and visitor-related activities at the Bethal site.
Key responsibilities include:
Branding, Office & Community Engagement:
• Ensure the on-site office is tidy, organised, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Maintain inventory of branding materials, office supplies, and related assets.
• Ensure brand visibility and compliance across the site.
• Support photography and videography requirements during events and community activities.
• Work with the team to ensure coverage for branding purposes.
• Maintain accurate records of branding assets and event documentation.
Visitor Coordination:
• Coordinate site visits, ensuring guests receive required information.
• Manage RSVPs and liaise with visitors to confirm attendance.
• Print required materials such as programmes, signage, and name tags.
• Fetch supplies or items when required.
• Ensure visitor-area setups are complete before arrival.
• Ensure guests complete mandatory site induction via the approved app.
Event Support:
• Assist with planning, preparing, and executing events.
• Manage logistics, errands, deliveries, and venue setup.
• Prepare and update event programmes.
• Pack guest gifts and prepare materials as needed.
• Load/unload equipment and assist with venue setup (with assistance when required).
• Set up banners, signage, displays, lighting, and sound equipment (with assistance when required).
• Act as an usher/assistant during events, including guest welcome and catering support.
• Ensure availability of plates, cutlery, and event supplies.
• Inspect equipment for damage and maintain inventory records.
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining event venues and furniture.
• Conduct stock-takes and maintain accurate documentation.
• Perform physical setup tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 12kg, bending, and carrying items.
Education & Experience
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing & Branding, Communications, Events, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in branding, events coordination, or office/administrative support.
• Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic photography/videography skills are an advantage.
• Valid driver’s licence and own / access to a car.
• Willingness to travel when required.
