- Develop, lead and execute sales strategy.
- Develop, manage and inculcate a high-performance culture in the sales team by setting clear objectives, providing coaching and mentoring, and fostering a collaborative and motivated sales environment.
- Forecast sales performance and monitor regional performance metrics
- Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maximising revenue from existing clients.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Single-minded pursuit of new business ~ identify and target potential clients, build relationships with key decision-makers, and secure new business opportunities.
- Consistently hit and exceed challenging sales targets, driving revenue growth.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Use this information to make informed decisions and adapt the sales strategy accordingly.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Ensure their needs are met and exceeded, and act as a trusted advisor on telecommunications solutions.
- Collaborate with other divisions to optimise go to market strategies.
- Continuously improve the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and closing deals. Implement best practices and sales tools to streamline sales operations.
Required Skills
- Sales Experience: 8 to 9 years
- B2B Sales Leadership Or Account Management.: 2 to 3 years
- ICT/ISP/Telecommunications Sector: 8 to 9 years

Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or National Diploma in business management, telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years sales experience in the ICT/ISP/Telecommunications sector.
- At least 2-3 years as demonstrable track record in B2B Sales leadership or Account management.
- In-depth knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing ambitious sales targets.
- A remarkable talent for negotiation and relationship cultivation.
