Our client is seeking a Junior Transfer Secretary to join their Conveyancing Department. The ideal candidate will be organised, reliable, and eager to grow within a professional legal environment. The successful candidate will assist in handling property transfer matters, supporting senior staff, and ensuring accurate and efficient processing of files.

Minimum requirements:

3 years' experience of currently working on Development Transfers as a Conveyancing Secretary
Create value for business, employees and sources of business by effectively, responsibly and sustainably managing the financial impact in this role.
Accurate and Timeous Weekly Progress Reports to Agents; Sources of Business and Clients
Accurate and Complete Documents with Client Consultation
Compliance and Accuracy with SARS / Rates.Com to avoid Rejections due to Non-Compliance
Adherence to Turn Around Times i.t.o Workflow
Management of Ghost Convey diary & Message Alerts
Utilizing the system into required information / Data Captured
Managing of E-mail Boxes, PC Desktop & Personal Drives
Must have reliable transportation
