We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Nightshift Supervisor to oversee our nightly operations in the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of the warehouse team to ensure efficient and timely operations.

Policy & Procedure

• Managing the operations of the assigned night team.
• Managing all aspects of product quality, stock control and stock warehouse.
• Managing all administrative task, relating to the night team.
• Health & Safety Standards.
• Overseeing the dispatch of orders.

 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Manage and monitor activities of all employees in the warehouse making sure they adhere to the Urban Foods Policies & Procedures.
• Continues briefing of all staff during Night Shift.
• To Manage the night shift and ensuring that all employees perform the task assigned to them.
• Monitor and develop team member performance.
• Ensure the accurate completion of daily night shift orders in a timely manner.
• Overall management of all warehousing functions.
• Responsible for efficiently managing all aspects of stock handling from pickers and checking, dispatching of orders. and associated processes.
• Picking and packing orders.
• Ensure that all products are fresh and good quality.
• Maintain general hygiene of warehouse and meeting
• Health and Safety standards.
• Ensuring all orders are picked, packed and processed to company
• Standards, prior to being sent out to the customer.
• Identify product availability and arrange stock replenishment.
• Contributing to the smooth and effective running of the warehouse operation.
• Working as part of the warehouse team to ensure that all departmental function are carried out efficiently.
