We’re hiring a Logistics Controller (Clearing & Forwarding).You’ll process import/export Bills of Entry, coordinate customs clearances, manage shipment documentation, prepare supplier invoices in FUSION, and support multi-port operations.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Grade 12 + Diploma/Certificate in Logistics, Customs Clearing, or International Trade
2. 3–5 years customs clearing & forwarding experience
3. Proficiency in FUSION, ACS, MS Office
4. Strong communication, analytical skills, and high attention to detail
5. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure

 
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process accurate Import/Export Bills of Entry
• Coordinate customs clearances and regulatory bodies
• Prepare supplier invoices and manage deferment payments
• Maintain permits, legal texts, and compliance
• Complete month-end AR/AP and support vessel account
