The incoming CEO will drive market expansion, strengthen price realization, and elevate the company’s global footprint while ensuring continuity as the current leader transitions to the Board.

The organisation is open to international candidates who are willing to relocate to Norway.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:
• Relevant tertiary qualification;
• Strategically strong, entrepreneurial, execution-driven leader with a track record of building & scaling businesses;
• Commercially sharp with proven success in business development or commercial leadership in technology, science-based, or knowledge-driven sectors;
• Culturally adaptable & able to operate effectively in a Nordic, science-driven environment;
• International mindset - comfortable working across markets & cultures;
• Thrives in a lean, high-impact, hands-on environment with high accountability.
