Key Responsibilities:

Communicating with suppliers and managing order-related enquiries

Assisting customers via phone, email, and in-store communication

Updating and maintaining website content, product information, and stock levels

Booking in stock and ensuring accurate inventory records

Providing general administrative support to the management team

Helping with day-to-day operational duties as needed
