3 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT
Duties:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote the company's internet products.
Handle inbound calls from customers interested in ISP or fiber packages, providing accurate product information and quotations.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate packages or upgrades.
Maintain detailed customer records in the CRM system and ensure all sales are accurately captured.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending deals to ensure conversion.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs, including call volume, conversion rate, and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements

Experience and Qualification

Matric (Grade 12) required;
Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, or IT preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a call center sales environment within a Telecoms or Internet Service Provider.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience selling Fiber, LTE or other broadband products.
Proficiency in CRM systems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes.
Strong understanding of connectivity and technology concepts.
