- Screen and direct calls; manage emails and correspondence
- Provide administrative support to management and professional staff
- Handle requests, follow-ups, and queries timeously
- Manage diaries, calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Make travel and booking arrangements when required
- Take dictation and prepare meeting minutes
- Source and procure office supplies
- Manage service providers and suppliers
- Maintain and organise office filing systems
- Handle social media messages and posting
- Manage marketing platforms and marketing requests
- Ensure excellent organisation and accuracy in all tasks
Requirements
- Experience in both PA and Office Administration roles
- Strong data-capturing skills
- Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Restaurant/ hospitality experience is a bonus
