ROLE PURPOSE
The Funeral Arrangement Consultant (FAC) is responsible for assisting bereaved families through the funeral arrangement process, ensuring professional guidance, empathetic communication, and smooth coordination between the family, funeral home staff, cemeteries, and service providers.
The role requires strong interpersonal care, administrative accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple arrangements simultaneously while maintaining Covision’s service excellence standards.

Candidate Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate/Diploma in Business Management or Operations

Minimum 1–2 years experience in:

Funeral arrangement, OR

Customer service in a high-contact environment, OR

Administrative role involving sensitive client interaction

Strong communication skills in English + Sesotho/Setswana

Must be emotionally mature, compassionate, and professional

Ability to work under pressure, during weekends, and after hours (when required)
ADVANTAGEOUS QUALIFICATIONS (Not compulsory)

Funeral services / mortuary operations training

Customer care or hospitality qualification

Grief counselling training or background

Homes to be of easy access with flexible premium payment points e.g. our own
funeral Homes, some national store and Easy pay outlets pay points.
Face to face approach when dealing with insurance companies it’s still a huge challenge to most of the people who do not have access to technology. By utilizing local Covision Funeral Home as distribution point, for clients to enquire about the status of their policies and premium payment points it make life easy for our clients. The sign up process for our funeral insurance is quick and easy and you won’t need to undergo any medical examinations.
