We are seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead our technical operations with a strong focus on innovation, customer engagement, and service excellence.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
A hands-on leader with a passion for innovation and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing technical service teams, mentoring staff, and implementing digital tools for efficient service delivery. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with customers at all levels are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the technical services team to deliver exceptional customer support.
• Drive innovative approaches to service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Ensure high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of oncology and diagnostic imaging equipment.
• Implement and manage CRM systems and digital record-keeping for service operations.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align technical services with business objectives.
• Monitor service performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical services management within healthcare or medical technology (Radiation Oncology preferred)
• Proven track record in team leadership and customer engagement.
• Experience with CRM systems and digital record-keeping.
• Strong understanding of oncology and diagnostic imaging equipment is advantageous.
• Innovative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Hands-on approach with attention to detail.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and collaborative team player.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management software.
• Willingness to travel nationally and regionally.
