Step into a rewarding role as a Human Resources Manager with a respected FMCG team in the Eastern Cape!

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating all people management functions, ensuring the consistent application of company policies, and supporting effective communication between management and employees. You will be responsible for recruitment, training and development planning, HR and payroll administration, employee relations, disciplinary and grievance processes, and maintaining accurate HR records. Your expertise in labour legislation, people management, and HR best practices will be essential in ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and smooth HR operations.

Candidate Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a Grade 12 certificate and a National Diploma or Degree (in Human Resources Management or Industrial/Organisational Psychology), along with 3-5 years of experience as an HR Officer, Specialist, or Generalist. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in payroll systems, MS Office, and HR administration, will be valuable. A valid Code 08 Driver’s Licence is required.
