We’re looking for a Regional Sales Representative (Oncology) to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and represent Nexeva’s oncology portfolio across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets for oncology products and solutions within the assigned region.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in radiation oncology and diagnostic imaging sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians, Physicists, Radiotherapists, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for oncology customers in the region.
• Provide technical and commercial support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, regulatory, clinical & finance) to ensure seamless delivery and service.
• Work closely with OEM marketing and product teams to execute promotional campaigns.
• Represent Nexeva at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in radiation oncology or diagnostic imaging sales or 5 years Clinical experience in a Radiation Oncology related discipline with a demonstrated strong commercial acumen.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong network and relationships within oncology and or diagnostic imaging sectors.
• Degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• Self-driven, highly motivated, and a collaborative team player.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience advantageous.
• Willingness to travel within the region & internationally
