We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee complex medical equipment installations and related construction projects with precision and professionalism.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
A detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex medical equipment installations and coordinating construction or renovation projects in healthcare environments. Proficiency in project management tools and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and manage complex medical equipment installation projects.
• Oversee construction and renovation activities in medical areas to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets using MS Project or similar tools.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and healthcare facility stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards throughout project execution.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and clients.
• Resolve issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing complex medical equipment installations.
• Experience with construction and renovation projects in healthcare environments.
• Proficiency with MS Project or similar project management software.
• Strong understanding of healthcare facility requirements and compliance standards.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset with proactive approach.
• Self-driven, highly motivated, and collaborative team player.
