My client is looking for a Software Firmware Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Requirements:

· Experience/Interest in Aerospace, Aerodynamics, Propulsion, Embedded Systems, Avionics, Aircraft or Aviation

· Embedded Skillsets (e.g. Python, Git, C/C++ programming)

· Develop and maintain embedded firmware for aerospace/propulsion systems

· Create and maintain software development environments and frameworks

· Version control and release management (Git)

· Ensure DO-178 lifecycle compliance

· Write and document software test procedures, test plans and results

· Support avionics integration and subsystem testing

· Develop software architecture from system-level requirements

· Maintain & write low-level embedded drivers

· Support desktop application development for ground systems
