We are excited to announce a new opportunity at NTT Motor Group to manage and grow the NTT Graduate Trainee and Apprentice Programs.

This role will be responsible for coordinating, caring for, and developing our graduate trainees and apprentices, while building strategic and compliant operations that support the long-term success of these programs.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end coordination of the Graduate Trainee and Apprentice Programs, including recruitment, onboarding, ongoing relationship management, dealership visits, and partnership development with universities, colleges, recruitment agencies and technical institutions

• Manage Seta registrations, grant applications, and training cost recoveries
• Oversee SARS learnership claims and ensure accurate, timely submissions
• Coordinate BEE and other skills development initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and talent strategies
• Ensure compliance with BEE, Employment Equity, and the Labour Relations Act for all program-related activities
• Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with dealership and Head Office management
