We are excited to announce a new opportunity at NTT Motor Group to manage and grow the NTT Graduate Trainee and Apprentice Programs.
This role will be responsible for coordinating, caring for, and developing our graduate trainees and apprentices, while building strategic and compliant operations that support the long-term success of these programs.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end coordination of the Graduate Trainee and Apprentice Programs, including recruitment, onboarding, ongoing relationship management, dealership visits, and partnership development with universities, colleges, recruitment agencies and technical institutions
- Manage Seta registrations, grant applications, and training cost recoveries
- Oversee SARS learnership claims and ensure accurate, timely submissions
- Coordinate BEE and other skills development initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and talent strategies
- Ensure compliance with BEE, Employment Equity, and the Labour Relations Act for all program-related activities
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with dealership and Head Office management
Candidate Requirements

- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong organisational, planning, and administrative capabilities
- Ability and willingness to learn and apply legislation (BEE, Employment Equity, Labour Relations Act)
- A passion for talent development and mentorship
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders
- Willingness to travel to dealerships and educational institutions
- Professional representation of NTT in both academic and Group environments
