Senior Operations Executive
Tasks and Responsibilities
Creating reports and dashboards as required
Updating currency conversions on Salesforce
Running and reporting on internal and client specific monthly and adhoc MI reports
Requesting and reporting on client and candidate feedback
Drafting and issuing terms of business amendments and variations
Reviewing basic client terms of business where requested by the Operations Director or Operations Manager
Uploading terms of business to the database and distributing where appropriate
Order company gifts, office stationery and supplies for the Asia offices where required
Starter and Leaver processes, ensuring starters are set up on all required systems in advance of their start date and have a seamless onboarding experience. Systems access to be deactivated promptly for all leavers and equipment returned.
Ensure an accurate asset register is maintained at all times.
Manage internal anniversaries, creating posts for LinkedIn and communicating with relevant managers.
Auditing all permanent placements submitted on the database to ensure compliant in line with
confirmations and signed terms, before updating on SF so these can be invoiced by finance
Generating and sending deal mails
General administrative support to all offices where required, including CV formatting, preparing
presentations, pitch documents etc
Manage contract extensions and terminations for the Asia office, and providing cover for the UK contracts team where required

Candidate Requirements
RequirementsExperience/Interpersonal Skills Required
IT literate with good typing skills and confident using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. OneDrive, SharePoint and Salesforce would be advantageous but not required
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to prioritise workload effectively
Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues
Previous experience working within recruitment sector would be advantageous
Excellent time management and planning skills,
Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Able to communicate effectively both internally and externally in both written and verbal forms, with strong relationship management skills
The ability to work proactively, driving for results and constantly striving to perform the highest levels of service to the business
Team player with ability to take direction from others and collaborate effectively, working with enthusiasm and dedication to the company
