The Senior Graphic Designer leads creative design projects, develops high-quality visual assets, and ensures the brand’s visual identity is consistently applied across all platforms. The role combines creative vision, technical expertise, and leadership to mentor junior designers and manage complex design projects from concept to delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesCreative & Design LeadershipLead design projects from concept to completion across print, digital, and social media.Develop creative solutions that meet business objectives and maintain brand consistency.Oversee and guide the work of junior designers and interns.Present design concepts and revisions to stakeholders clearly and professionally.Digital & Print DesignCreate designs for websites, social media, email campaigns, banners, brochures, and other marketing collateral.Develop layouts, graphics, and visual assets for both digital and print campaigns.Ensure assets meet technical specifications and platform requirements.Branding & Visual IdentityMaintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application across all channels.Design marketing materials that reinforce the brand’s image and messaging.Develop visual storytelling concepts to support campaigns and content strategies.Collaboration & Project ManagementWork closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand objectives.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.Coordinate with external vendors or printers when necessary.Innovation & Continuous ImprovementStay updated with design trends, software updates, and industry best practices.Recommend improvements to processes, design workflows, and creative solutions.Mentor and train junior team members to strengthen design capabilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design projects.

Experience

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proven experience in senior or lead designer roles.
• Experience managing design projects and mentoring junior designers.

Technical Skills

• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, XD).
• Knowledge of web and digital design tools (Figma, Canva, Sketch, etc.).
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
• Strong typography, layout, and colour theory skills.
• Print production knowledge, including prepress and file preparation.
