Duties:

• Assess the condition of vehicles involved in accidents or incidents
• Inspect damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs required
• Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software (e.g., Audatex, Vantage, etc.).
• Collaborate with the repair team to ensure proper understanding of the required repairs.
• Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and repair shops to discuss estimates, repair schedules, and insurance claims.
• Ensure estimates are compliant with current legislation and insurance requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of motor vehicle repair costs and practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries and addressing concerns as they arise.
