As a multidisciplinary construction, engineering, architecture, and quantity surveying firm. We deliver high-quality projects and are expanding our team with a skilled Estimator focused on feasibility studies.Key Responsibilities- Conduct feasibility studies and assess project viability- Prepare high-level and detailed cost estimates- Analyse drawings, BoQs, site info, and technical reports- Identify cost risks and assumptions- Compile cash flows, financial models, and cost summaries- Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and suppliers- Present feasibility findings to management and clients

Minimum requirements:

Diploma/Degree in QS, Construction Management, Engineering
3–5 years’ estimating or feasibility experience
Strong understanding of construction processes
Advantage: CCS Candy, BuildSmart, WinQS
Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to handle pressure and multiple deadlines
