Job Description:
As a Digital Marketer at First Group, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products or services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers – with a high focus on reporting on the performance of campaigns on a regular basis, with analysis on how to improve where necessary, with strategic insights on how to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, brief, create and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. (Lead Generation and Click to Web Sales/Traffic)
Develop and execute a social media strategy and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels. (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc)
Optimize content for social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, etc.
Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
Track and analyze email campaign performance and provide regular internal reports.
Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time, or improving conversion.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs, and forums.
Keep up to date with current digital trends and tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role; with key focuses on KPI Reporting and Performance Analysis to Executives, Content Creation and Performance Analysis, etc.)
Experience with B2C and B2B social media, Google AdWords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
High knowledge of Digital Marking tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager (including Loading Lead Generation and Click to Web/Traffic Ads (with Ad Set creation experience, setting up custom and lookalike audiences, etc) Dataset tracking setups (Pixels), Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, LinkedIn, TikTok, Meltwater, etc.).
Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics.).
Knowledge of Google Listings (ie: Google Business Profiles (claiming, creating and updating).
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with strong attention to detail. (Competency in Microsoft Excel and Word necessary)
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Use of Canva to design social media posts
