A well-known organisation is seeking a Customer Sales Agent, responsible for processing all customer transactions & upselling products, to join their team in Gauteng.

Requirements:

Grade 12

Qualification in Sales – distinct advantage

Experience within a Call Centre Environment (doing sales)  

Excellent written and verbal communication

Data capturing / admin experience

Strong computer literacy

Duties will include but not be limited to:

Managing all customer feedback requirements

Developing positive relationships with customers

Using initiative to solve customer queries
