Sales Support & Customer Service

• Assist customers in identifying the correct parts based on vehicle model and needs.

• Provide accurate quotations and product information.

• Handle walk-in and telephonic queries promptly and professionally.

• Upsell related parts, accessories, and services where possible.

Order & Inventory Management

• Process sales orders, invoices, and returns accurately.

• Check stock availability and update the sales team and customers.

• Assist with stock receiving, binning, and stock-taking.

• Maintain an organized parts storeroom.

Administrative Tasks

• Capture customer details and sales information on the system.

• Maintain updated records of orders, quotations, and supplier details.

• Follow up on backorders and delayed deliveries.

Team Support

• Work closely with the senior parts salesperson or manager.

• Support warehouse and dispatch teams with packing and prepping orders.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues quickly.
