Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Photocopier Technician to install, maintain, and repair multifunctional office devices. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge specifically on Konica Minolta and Develop copiers/printers. The role involves field service, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and network photocopiers and multifunctional printers
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues on-site
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Respond promptly to service calls and technical queries
Maintain accurate service documentation and reports
Provide customer training and support on device functionality
Ensure stock levels for parts and consumables are maintained
Travel to client sites as required across regions
