Description:
- Effective management of Payroll department
- Payroll Processing and compliance. Preparation and processing of monthly payroll
- Checking of Payrolls
- Monthly Payroll Reconciliations
- Monthly Payroll Reporting
- Ensure and Maintain Payroll technical knowledge
- Manage stakeholder relationships
- Manage Customer centricity
- To uphold and promote the company values and culture
Requirements:
Grade 12
NQF 5 - Payroll Diploma / Degree
3 - 4 years’ experience in a similar role
5 – 8 years payroll administration
MS Office proficiency (Advanced Excel) and Demonstrated proficiency on SAGE 300
Previous supervisory/management skills required
