How you'll role

As the Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll be integral to ensuring food products meet rigorous safety and quality standards. You'll oversee lab testing, process management, and documentation to align with industry regulations. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to maintain high safety protocols and compliance with customer requirements.

What you'll do

• Conduct raw material, in-process, and final product analysis

• Implement and maintain GMPs, GHPs, and personnel hygiene protocols

• Manage food safety documentation and support food safety audits

• Perform chemical and physical analyses of edible oils and fats

• Collect and manage samples from production and logistics

• Ensure compliance with FSSC 22000 and customer quality requirements

• Document results using LIMS and produce certificates of analysis

• Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment
