HR Degree/equivalent
5 years + experience

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Recruitment
• EE and WSP reporting
• Management of staff
• CCMA and bargaining council representation, performance, and succession planning
• Time and attendance management of staff
• Issuing and maintaining incident reports
• Maintaining COIDA and LOGS
• All DOL queries
• Up to date knowledge of LRA and BCEA
