We have an amazing opportunity for a Financial Director at a leading Financial Services company based in Edenvale, Johannesburg!

The main purpose of this role is:

-        To lead the business and its development through collaboration with the Executive Team, Board of Directors, and Finance team. The role involves directing, adding value, and enabling business decisions through strong leadership, strategic thinking, and attention to detail. It requires in-depth knowledge of South African financial and compliance regulations.

We require a candidate with:

·        CA(SA) with at least 10 years’ post-articles experience, preferably across multiple industries including financial services.

·        Experience in financial risk management in the insurance sector.

·        Strong operational finance and people management experience.

·        Excellent knowledge of IFRS, governance, and internal controls.

·        Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

·        High-level proficiency in MS Office.

·        Experience in the motor or insurance industry advantageous
