Employer: M3 Human Capital Management
The main focus of the role will be to provide assistance with the full payroll function for different entities, and provide HR administrative support to the HR department and the firm.
Duties will include (but not be limited to): Payroll Administration: *Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, salary disbursement, leave management, and reporting in compliance with legislation *Prepare and process payroll-related returns, reports, and documentation to meet statutory obligations *Process staff salaries each pay period, updating overtime, adjustments, penalties, and leave on the payroll system *Handling staff pension, group life, and medical aid contributions *Verify accuracy of payroll reports and deductions before finalising pay runs *Distribute payslips on time *Administer IRP5 issuance and reconcile year-end tax and leave accruals *Generate UIF documentation for terminations, maternity, illness, death, and adoption benefits. HR & Admin Support pertaining to: *All general day-to-day HR *Recruitment & Selection *Onboarding & Induction *Resignations & exit interviews *SAICA & SAIPA related matters *HR Marketing and PR *SETA Learnership and Government Grants *Employment Equity *Occupational Health and Safety *General front office tasks *all other tasks related to the role.
Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• Matric required, a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous;
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, especially with Payroll administration experience;
• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office - specifically Excel);
• Excellent communication skills.
