Conduct valuations and quantity take offs

Monitor project progress

Prepare cost estimates and budgets

Compile reports

Assist with project tendering

Candidate Requirements

BSc/ BTech in Quantity Surveying

5-8 years’ industry experience in project pricing, cost management and cost estimates.

Proficient in CCS and BuildSmart.
