How you'll role
This is a challenging and rewarding role, perfect for a high-performing sales professional. As an Account Manager (SaaS Sales), you'll be responsible for prospecting new clients, delivering value-driven product demos, and exceeding sales targets. You'll work closely with SDRs, Customer Success, and Leadership to ensure the best customer experience and drive significant business growth.
What you'll do
- Drive pipeline growth through active prospecting and outreach
- Deliver value-driven product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Achieve and exceed user and revenue sales targets consistently
- Maintain a clean, accurate CRM pipeline using HubSpot
- Negotiate deals confidently and close decisively
- Apply structured sales methodologies like SPICED or BANT, consultative selling
- Utilize psychological selling techniques to guide decision-making
- Collaborate with SDRs, Customer Success, and Leadership for a smooth customer journey

Candidate Requirements
What you'll need
- Minimum 3+ years in SaaS B2B sales with a successful track record
- Strong prospecting and cold calling skills
- Ability to conduct consultative sales and ask probing questions
- Familiarity with sales frameworks such as SPICED, BANT
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with an understanding of sales psychology
- Comfortable with SaaS systems, CRM tools, and holding technical product demos
- Resilient under pressure with a strong drive for results
