Minimum Requirements

Relevant experience within export documentation or international trade
Strong knowledge of export processes, Incoterms, and customs regulations
Fully computer literate (Excel, email, documentation platforms)
Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Professional communication skills (written & verbal)
Experience with HS codes and tariff classifications (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, verify, and process all export documents accurately and within deadlines
Ensure documentation complies with international regulations and client requirements
Communicate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs officials
Track shipments, manage documentation timelines, and ensure timely releases
Maintain updated filing systems for all export-related documents
Assist with shipment bookings and data entry for product details
Support clients by responding to documentation queries and requirements
Coordinate with internal teams to align documentation with shipment schedules
Identify and resolve document errors or compliance issues proactively
