Position: Inbound Sales (Soft-Sales) Agent
Location: On-site
Salary: R8,000 – R10,000 per month (No commission — your salary is guaranteed and stable)
Schedule: Monday to Sunday (USA hours/shifts)

About the Role

We are seeking energetic, service-driven Inbound Sales Agents to join our growing team.

This role focuses on soft-sales, driving revenue through excellent service, effective consultation, and building meaningful customer relationships. As a Virtual Sales Assistant handling inbound calls from our USA-based client, you will guide customers through inquiries, assist with product information, and convert interest into successful sales.

What You’ll Do

Handle inbound sales calls and customer inquiries
Provide accurate product information and exceptional service
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Manage customer data and ensure accurate record-keeping
Collaborate with internal teams and provide insights on market trends
Offer general system and support assistance as needed

Candidate Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year contact centre experience in sales and customer service
Matric / Grade 12
No criminal record
Target-driven mindset
Outbound calling experience is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with multiple systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
