We are an Australia-based AI customer experience and automation agency supporting cosmetic clinics, medspas, injectors, skin studios and cosmetic dentists. Our technology helps clinics improve client experience, streamline operations and ensure they never miss high-value enquiries.
We are hiring a polished, emotionally intelligent Business Development Representative. This is a part-time (22 hours/week) role intentionally designed as a second-income opportunity for someone who already works full-time in a B2B, SaaS, CX or sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Run short discovery calls and product demos via Google Meet
- Present the AI receptionist and automation solution clearly and confidently
- Explain ROI and guide prospective clients through decision-making
- Follow up with leads via WhatsApp, SMS, Loom and email
- Keep your pipeline updated inside our CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Close new clients into the subscription offering
- Support retention and client success as the role evolves
Working Hours (22 hours/week)
These hours are structured to complement a full-time SA role:
Early-Morning Demo Window (2 days/week)
• SAST: 10:00pm–12:00am
• AEDT: 7:00am–9:00am
Morning/Afternoon Window (4 days/week)
• SAST: 6:00am–12:00pm
• AEDT: 3:00pm–9:00pm
Working Days: Monday–Friday (aligned to the Australian Tuesday–Saturday clinic workweek)

If you already understand how clinics operate, how practitioners think, and how client enquiries convert — you will have a significant advantage in this role.

- Juniors or candidates with limited sales experience
- Individuals uncomfortable conducting video calls or presenting online
- Candidates requiring heavy oversight or step-by-step supervision

Candidate Requirements
This role is well-suited to someone who:
- Already works full-time or prefers to work part-time hours
- Wants a flexible second-income opportunity
- Has 2+ years of B2B consultative sales experience (SaaS, CX, tech, agency, medical, dental, or the aesthetics industry)
- Communicates clearly in English and maintains a polished, professional presence on video
- Is confident running short demos and guiding prospective clients through decision-making
- Is emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure, and comfortable with a non-pushy, relationship-based sales approach
- Manages time effectively and works well without supervision
- Has strong follow-through and consistently updates CRM pipelines
- Is self-motivated, reliable, and interested in the future of AI and automation
Previous experience in the aesthetics, beauty, medical, wellness or clinic environment is highly valued.
