A leading manufacturing company based in Epping is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor with a strong background in mechanical maintenance within a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled and reliable professional to oversee mechanical operations, ensure equipment efficiency, and support continuous improvement across the plant.

• Supervise and coordinate daily mechanical maintenance activities across the plant.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure machinery and equipment operate at peak efficiency.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and guide the team in resolving them.
• Oversee repairs, replacement of components, and preventative maintenance work.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all maintenance tasks and reports.
• Monitor inventory and request parts or materials needed for maintenance and repair activities.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance oversight to maintenance team members.

• N4 Mechanical Qualification.
• Qualified and trade-tested Fitter.
• Minimum of 5 years’ supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
