Sales and Marketing Manager: remote work. Can be based in Knysna, Namibia, or Gauteng.Bachelors Degree in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration, or Geoscience. Minimum 5 years of experience.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in the UAV/ Drones/ geoscience, airborne survey, or mineral /Mining sectors.
Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives.
Successfully developed and executed strategic marketing initiatives aligned with business goals.
Proficient in digital marketing, CRM systems, and managing social media platforms to support campaigns and audience engagement.
Strong understanding of the mining and tourism industries.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Creative thinker with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Willingness to travel locally and internationally.
